Home and Office Cleaner

Hyvinkään Kotisiivous Oy currently has approximately 180 regular cleaning customers per month, most of whom are private households in Hyvinkää and the surrounding areas. About 10 of these are business customers, in addition to a few stairwell cleaning sites. During the summer season, additional work mainly consists of cleaning windows and balcony glazing. Workdays usually begin in the morning at the office, from where employees travel to the cleaning sites using the companys vans, and return to the same location at the end of the workday. For this reason, a valid driving licence and good driving skills for operating a van are required. Cleaning work at the sites is carried out mainly using the companys own cleaning products and equipment. The companys current working languages are English and Finnish. These languages are also used as the customer service languages in the office, depending on the cleaners level of Finnish language skills. The job of a cleaner requires good physical endurance as well as strong mental resilience, as the expectations of several different customers must be met every day. The job requirements are introduced during a three-week training period, after which the employee continues working together with a more experienced cleaning pair. Company can arrange a housing benefit in the center of Hyvinkää if needed.
