We are looking for personal assistants for the Kalajoki area. As a personal assistant you support our clients in daily tasks and leisure activities. The people supported need help due to illness or disability, and duties are always determined by the client’s individual needs. The job may include household chores, errands, outdoor activities and other everyday support tasks. A driving license and ability to use your own car are prerequisites for the job. What does a framework contract mean at Onni? It enables gig‑type work without committing to a fixed number of hours. Shifts are offered through the DomaCare system, from which you can choose shifts that suit you best. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, and in morning and evening shifts. Salary and other terms are determined in accordance with the Private Social Services Sector collective agreement. Before taking on shifts you will receive proper orientation, and if needed support is available during shifts. The employment relationship is always created for the agreed and approved shift.
