Electrical and Mechanical Fitter

AGCO Power is seeking an Electrical and Mechanical Fitter for their engine laboratory team in Linnavuori, Nokia. The role involves maintaining and developing the infrastructure and measuring equipment of the product development engine laboratory through installation, maintenance, and repair to ensure successful testing. Responsibilities include developing laboratory solutions, as well as performing electronic and mechanical equipment installations in the test environment. The work is diverse team-based activity performed during day shifts. Candidates should have an electrical education and the ability to read P&ID diagrams. A proactive, motivated attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. The ideal candidate is self-directed, thorough, and a natural team player who can also work independently. Experience in a production environment, electrical qualification 1 or 2, interest in machinery, valid electrical and other work safety cards, and basics of measurement technology are considered advantages. Good English language skills are also valued.
