You will work primarily at our soon-to-open location in Lahti. In the Account Manager role: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition and the development of customer relationships within the staffing services industry. Your work includes identifying customer needs and offering suitable recruitment and staffing solutions. You will participate in recruitment processes, employee selection, and employment relationship management. Your role combines a sales-driven approach with practical HR expertise – you will act as a reliable partner for the customer and ensure that the service operates smoothly from start to finish. To succeed in the position: You have several years of experience in the staffing services industry and are well-acquainted with industry practices. You are motivated, proactive, and eager to develop both yourself and operational methods. Excellent oral and written proficiency in Finnish is essential for the role.
