Work is performed in two shifts, including weekends. Hannuksenkartano is a 58-bed unit providing 24-hour care for the elderly, offering both long-term and short-term care. The care assistant handles the indirect tasks of Hannuksenkartano as part of the unit's multidisciplinary work community. Key tasks of the care assistant include: - Kitchen work. - Clothing and laundry maintenance (e.g., sorting clean laundry). - Maintaining the general cleanliness of the unit's common areas. - Enabling a meaningful daily life for residents by organizing shared activities. Experience working with the elderly is considered an advantage. - Fluent skills in the Finnish language. The terms of employment are determined in accordance with the general civil service and collective agreement for the wellbeing sector (HYVTES).
