Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems
- Provide guidance on travel needs and immigration process
- Advise on immigration compliance service delivery to clients
- Own escalations to support Mobility Specialists
- Manage large projects with leadership
- Monitor Mobility dashboard and SLAs
- Establish in-house immigration services to improve revenue and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit visa/work permit applications
- Mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators
- Contribute to training materials and rollouts
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Maintain immigration law with regulatory changes
- Apply immigration knowledge to client cases
Requirements
- Licensed immigration lawyer in Germany
- Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility
- Understanding immigration processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech industry or hyper-growth experience is a plus
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
