Job Description: The DEX (Digital Employee Experience) team works on generating the fundamental data used to understand user experiences across organisations. You will be part of a small, close-knit team on a complex data pipeline handling millions of messages per second and terabytes of data with complex transformations. A quick-thinking mind and the ability to understand complex systems are essential. #LI-Hybrid Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of software development experience; Backend development experience; B.E/B. Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent), MSc preferred; Java; Kafka; Spark; microservice architecture; Observability (New Relic, DataDog, others); GraphQL; REST API & swagger; Spring Boot or Micronaut; SQL and NoSQL (e.g., Clickhouse); Kubernetes, Helm, Docker; strong refactoring and test automation; strong learning mindset; excellent communication and teamwork; fluent in English (spoken and written).
