We are looking for an Implementation Designer for our client Balanus Oy for demanding industrial and data center projects. Balanus Oy, established in 1989, is a Finnish family company specialized in manufacturing, installation and maintenance of industrial and mechanical piping systems. In this role you will work on demanding industrial and data center sites where the quality of design has a significant impact on project success. You act as a key link between design, production and work sites and ensure that technical solutions are practically feasible. In your work you will refine technical starting data into detailed drawings, from which piping, equipment and other systems can be manufactured, installed and commissioned. In design you consider practicality, installability and maintainability and coordinate with other systems. You will identify and resolve technical challenges before production or installation and collaborate with project management, production, installers and sites.

Responsibilities
- 3D modelling of piping systems and associated assemblies
- preparation of implementation and installation plans
- interpretation of P&I and other technical diagrams
- design of pipe routes, valves, equipment and supports
- model integration with other systems
- consideration of feasibility, installability and maintainability in design
- identifying and solving technical challenges before production or installation
- collaboration with project management, production, installers and sites
Requirements
- 3D modelling experience
- ability to read technical drawings and system diagrams
- strong 3D visualization
- understanding of feasibility of technical solutions
- careful and systematic工作style
- teamwork and problem solving
- Finnish fluency
- sufficient English for technical documents
