Labor market lawyer

KT, the Confederation of Finnish Municipalities and Welfare Services, is a national employer organization representing municipalities, joint municipal authorities, welfare regions and their owned companies. We negotiate and agree on municipal and welfare sector collective agreements and corporate-sector collective agreements, and we are a central driver of work-life productivity and quality. We are seeking a temporary labor law jurist as a substitute during auscultation from 2 November 2026 to 29 October 2027. Primary duties include advising employers in corporate services on the application of collective agreements and various labor law questions, participating in the YTES negotiating group, and providing training. Requirements include a law degree (OTM/OTK), independent work style, collaborative and interpersonal skills, customer service mindset, flexibility and stress tolerance. Extra qualifications include advanced studies in labor law, relevant work experience, and Swedish language skills.
