Now you have a unique opportunity to join the developing team of K&R Riihola Oy, the new entrepreneur for Kotipizza in Kotka and Hamina! We are looking for several part-time and full-time pizza artists for our client K&R Riihola Oy for the Kotipizza restaurants in Kotka and Hamina. K&R Riihola Oy is the largest Kotipizza company in Finland. The company is growing strongly and already manages nine chain restaurants in Northern Savonia and Central Finland – the business will grow to 12 restaurants this coming autumn with the addition of Kotipizza in Kotka and Hamina. We will have 130 colleagues in September. K&R Riihola Oy combines a national concept with the agility of a family business; decisions are made close to daily operations, and teams get to genuinely develop the restaurants' activities. A restaurant's success starts with well-planned shifts, thorough orientation, quality monitoring, and open communication. We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn worker who enjoys customer service and works with high quality even in the midst of a rush. Previous experience in the restaurant industry helps at the start, and baking skills or experience are a clear advantage, but the most important things are attitude, sense of responsibility, and a desire to develop in your work. Your duties include: - baking and cooking pizzas - customer service and cashier work - home deliveries - other daily restaurant tasks according to the employer's operating instructions You will receive comprehensive orientation for your tasks so that you can operate versatilely as part of the team.
