At Esmira, the customer is a welcome guest. Communication and customer attention are far more important than knowledge of etiquette. We are primarily looking for customer service professionals who work with a smile even in the midst of a rush. Previous experience in the field is considered an advantage. You serve customers fluently in both Finnish and English, and you possess a hygiene passport. If your Finnish is not fluent, this job is unfortunately not suitable for you. A serving permit is considered an advantage. You want to ensure through your own efforts that customers feel comfortable and have the best possible restaurant experience. As a server, you work in an important role at the center of customer service - you are responsible for, among other things, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. We require readiness to work all shifts; shifts are varied across mornings, days, evenings, and weekends. We are not looking for a summer employee, but for a permanent employment relationship and employee. Remuneration follows the industry collective agreement.
