ISS Cleaning and Multi-Services unit provides cleaning, catering, and multi-service solutions across Finland, combining cleanliness, healthiness, comfort, and safety. We conduct research and development with cleaning equipment and raw material suppliers and actively test new concepts. For example, environmental responsibility and chemical-free options guide our choices. We keep over 17 million square meters tidy daily and prepare 40,000 lunches. Our professionals have the skills and responsibility to solve daily, demanding tasks at various sites. We are continuously seeking new, energetic professionals who understand the significance of their work. We are looking for a RESTAURANT MANAGER to start in October for a new, versatile café and lunch restaurant concept. As a restaurant manager, you will play a key role in managing the café and lunch restaurant operations. You will lead the team responsible for café and restaurant services, including chefs and catering staff. You will ensure that business goals are met and that our quality and customer experience promises are fulfilled. The restaurant manager is responsible for overall operations and reports to the regional manager. The position is permanent and full-time. Operations at the customer site will begin in October 2026, but we hope you can start by September 14 at the latest. Flexibility in working hours is required, including occasional work from Monday to Sunday. The customer site is located in Turku, Kupittaa area. Skills required for success as a restaurant manager: - Strong experience in the restaurant and café industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Understanding of how restaurant operations generate results. - Ability to create excellent and heartfelt customer interactions. Capable of leading and inspiring your team to exceed customer expectations daily. - Suitable educational background (e.g., Bachelor of Hospitality Management or other leadership training). - Fluent communication in Finnish and English, and proficiency with common IT systems. - Skilled organizer, able to manage fast-paced daily operations and respond calmly and efficiently to changing situations. - Solid experience and leadership in diet food preparation, inventory management, and self-monitoring.
