We are seeking an HSE Supervisor for a large industrial construction project in Kouvola. In this role, you will play a key part in the site environment ensuring safe and smooth operations. This is a fixed-term project starting in August and lasting until the spring of 2027. The HSE Supervisor's duties include monitoring safety practices and following up on the implementation of measures in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your daily activities will include cooperation between various stakeholders, risk assessment and management, as well as safety-related inspections and audits. The work is performed in a team under the leadership of an experienced HSE Manager. Tasks: - Implementation of safety practice guidelines - Monitoring occupational safety on site - Participating in risk assessments and monitoring measures - Documenting and reporting safety observations - Cooperation with various site operators - Participating in inspections and audits The applicant should ideally have: - Previous experience in similar occupational safety roles in industry or construction projects - Suitable technical education - Fluent skills in Finnish and English - Good IT skills - Good interaction and cooperation skills **We offer you** - Full-time work in an interesting industrial project - The opportunity to work as part of a professional team - A versatile role in a significant construction project
