Production Worker

Production Worker – open recruitment for manufacturing tasks in Pirkanmaa. The role involves assembling various components and products, tasks in hydraulics and pneumatics, manual handling and use of tools, duties requiring precision and carefulness, and standing production with quality control and upkeep of the workstation. The job includes a comprehensive onboarding program; what matters most is a good attitude and willingness to learn. We expect technical training (e.g., in machine and metal-, automotive-, construction- or other suitable field) or interest in industrial tasks, a proactive and autonomous work approach, Finnish language skills, and readiness for 2- or 3-shift work (advantage).
