Practical Nurse

As a relief worker, you will work in various home care teams according to staffing needs. The work is customer-oriented, versatile, and varied. Every workday offers an opportunity to utilize your expertise in different customer situations and collaborate with various professionals. High-quality care for customers is central to the work. As a practical nurse, you support customers' safe and good daily lives in their own homes. Your duties include care, nurturing, supporting functional capacity, and administering medication according to customers' individual care and service plans. What we expect from you? - You are a title-protected practical nurse or basic care nurse (social care). - You have successfully completed the LOVe medication management online tests for practical nurses. If necessary, you can complete the online tests at the beginning of employment. - You have a valid B-class driver's license and access to a car. - You speak and write Finnish fluently. - Good interaction and teamwork skills, a flexible and open attitude. - Customer-oriented mindset, good interaction skills, and a positive attitude toward development. For a permanent employment contract, the start date is September 1, 2026, or by agreement. The working time is full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week. The work primarily consists of morning and evening shifts. There is a six-month probationary period for the position. The selected candidate is required to provide a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, Paragraph 4 of the Criminal Records Act. Additionally, vaccine protection in accordance with Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act is strongly recommended for the position.
