In your work, you will support the continuous improvement of a growth company by ensuring that the causes of deviations are investigated and corrective actions are implemented, utilizing systems and experts in addition to your own expertise. You will produce high-quality quality documentation for new products according to customer requirements and in connection with potential complaint cases. You will partially monitor that production processes are followed as instructed and that instructions are up to date. Additionally, you will take care of assigned factory development projects and act proactively to promote the achievement of our goals. You will communicate fluently with the rest of our organization, our suppliers, and our customers. The role of Quality and Development Engineer is new, so the final job description will be determined partly based on the selected person's expertise. In this position, you will report to the Production Manager. Further information on the skills required for the position: We are looking for a person with a positive and energetic attitude, a strong desire to learn, thoroughness, and the ability to take responsibility for their own work. We expect understanding and expertise in machine shop and measurement technology, good command of technical requirements and the ability to read drawings, as well as fluent use of quality and Lean tools. Good interaction skills and sufficient proficiency in Finnish and English will support success in the position. Education in mechanical engineering (e.g., Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree) and several years of work experience in the machine shop industry are considered an advantage.
