HR Coordinator

We focus on careful needs assessment, skill evaluation and close collaboration with client companies to select personnel according to task requirements and client preferences. The HR coordinator will be involved in many areas, combining recruitment, HR, administrative tasks and most of all people. Daily activities may include: planning and executing recruitments from start to finish; interviewing and evaluating applicants in Finnish, Swedish and English; creating job ads and recruitment promotions; drafting employment contracts and other agreements; coordinating inductions; maintaining personnel documents; updating and maintaining recruitment systems; communicating with employees, applicants and clients; developing the employer brand and working practices. The ideal candidate doesn’t need to be a perfect HR professional; what matters is being a good person, proactive and eager to learn. We value people who enjoy interacting with others, are systematic and can see tasks through, can handle multiple strands simultaneously, can prioritise when busy, stay calm under pressure, speak and write Finnish, Swedish and English fluently, and have an interest in HR and recruitment. Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus but attitude matters more than a perfect CV. We are a three‑person team with a friendly environment that values humor, mutual support and delivering good service to clients and employees.
