Sales Associate

Osuuskauppa Arina is seeking seasonal sales associates for Sale Lapinmaa in Rovaniemi. These are fixed-term positions with working hours of 15–20 hours per week. Work begins by agreement, at the latest by the beginning of October, and contracts are fixed-term until the end of February 2027, with some possibilities for extension. In this role, you will ensure customers receive excellent service during every visit. You will perform diverse retail tasks, including customer service, cashier duties, store maintenance, and product shelving, gaining valuable experience in the grocery retail sector. You will be part of a satisfied, customer-oriented community supported by an encouraging and present supervisor. We are looking for candidates with a positive and energetic attitude, a desire to provide excellent customer experiences, and a proactive, collaborative approach. Previous experience in retail is an advantage, but an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn are most important. Compensation is based on the retail sector's collective agreement (TES), including shift premiums and a potential performance bonus of up to 1.30 € per hour worked.
