We are looking for a field service technician for our client in the Southern Finland region! Our client is a national operator in property maintenance and the import, resale, and service of earthmoving machinery. As a technician, you will maintain and repair, among other things, excavators, trucks, and telehandlers. The job description includes many hydraulic hose replacements, engine repairs, and scheduled maintenance, so the broader your expertise in heavy equipment mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical work, the better. The work is very independent, so you should already be familiar with repairing heavy equipment. Previous driving experience with the machines being serviced is considered an advantage. Travel to sites is done using company service vehicles, so the job requires a valid B-class driver's license. In field service, you will interact with customers daily, so a sales-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills are a definite plus. A permanent employment contract is available for a qualified candidate. The position offers a monthly salary with possible bonuses, determined by expertise. The weekly working time is 40 hours with flexible working hours, and on-call shifts are required during the winter season. The working language is Finnish, but diagnostic software and other tools are in English, so you will need an understanding of technical English. Could this be the right job for you?
