We are looking for a youth worker for a permanent position starting 1.10.2026. The primary place of work is the Ilpoiset youth center. As a youth worker, your duties include regional youth work at the youth center and guiding children and young people participating in other open activities within the service area. Additionally, you will work in small group activities, trips, camps, various events, and mobile youth work. The tasks include involving young people, providing guidance, planning and reporting activities, and collaborating with the families of young people and other parties working with youth. The work consists mainly of evening shifts and may also include weekend work. Eligibility requirements include at least a vocational qualification suitable for the position and good relevant work experience. We expect you to have knowledge of youth work, good skills in engaging young people, planning ability, initiative, and good interaction and cooperation skills.
