Refrigeration Technician

Role description: As a refrigeration technician you are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of various refrigeration systems. Your duties include: installations and servicing of air source heat pumps, cold rooms and other refrigeration equipment; diagnosing and repairing faults; providing users with operating instruction for systems; handling refrigerants and complying with environmental regulations. We expect you to have: a professional qualification in refrigeration equipment installation or equivalent; valid refrigerant handling permits; basic skills in electrical technology and pipe installations; customer service mindset and teamwork; driving license (category B); ability to work independently and responsibly. Desirable: previous experience in similar tasks; good IT skills and experience with digital tools; safety training including work safety, hot work and first aid. Salary: pay is determined according to the building services TES; the pay grade for the role is 15.66–20.55 €/h depending on competence.
