Earthworks Supervisor

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is seeking an Earthworks Supervisor for a client project in the Mikkeli region. We are looking for a solid, practical supervisor who has hands-on experience directing earthwork workers and excavator operators on a day-to-day basis. Your duties include: daily supervision and resource planning for earthworks; directing and scheduling earthwork workers and excavator operators; monitoring safety and quality in earthworks; collaborating with the rest of the on-site organization. We expect: practical experience from earthworks sites and their supervision; ability to lead workers and machine operators in daily work; a reliable, down-to-earth attitude; good cooperation skills. Location: Mikkeli region. Start: by agreement. Project duration: about 6 months, with possible extension.
