About the role

**We are looking for a Site Manager for Elvera's electrical business unit for a permanent position** **What will you be doing with us?** As a Site Manager, you will comprehensively lead assigned electrical grid construction projects and daily tasks from start to finish. You will be responsible for the planned progress of projects, organization of work, schedules, resourcing, cost monitoring, quality, and the implementation of safety. You will also handle the necessary documentation and ensure that works are handed over as agreed. In this role, you will plan and delegate tasks and guide installers and subcontractors in a supervisory role. You will work in close cooperation with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration within your area of responsibility. Work is primarily based at our Espoo office, with site visits as needed. The sites are mainly located in the Uusimaa region. Success in this position requires the ability to take responsibility for project management, manage multiple entities simultaneously, and drive matters forward determinedly. You will become part of a professional team where success is supported by close cooperation, a practical approach, and clear responsibilities. The position is a permanent, full-time day job. **What do we hope for from you?** You have a suitable electrical engineering educational background from either a vocational or higher education level. Civil engineering expertise and previous experience in supervisory roles are considered an advantage, but most important to us is your genuine interest and desire to develop into a professional in the field. You will need good IT skills, the ability to report clearly, and fluent Finnish language skills.
