Tasks: You can have very different years of experience; we are interested in both experienced veterans and recent graduates entering the field, as long as your attitude is positive and enthusiastic – you are a good person! Our clients are interested in experts in both external and internal accounting, bookkeepers, chief accountants, accounts receivable/payable clerks, payroll specialists, payment traffic handlers, credit controllers, accounting firm specialists, project managers, and combinations of these. Development-mindedness and strong expertise in (financial/reporting) systems are also important criteria when searching for personnel for our clients. Requirements: Above all, we seek a doer who values their work and is ready to commit to it! If you are such a person, our clients are also ready to invest in you and your development. As a financial administration professional, your work approach is careful and precise. You don't split hairs, but you take details seriously without losing the overall picture. You are efficient and stay on schedule. You like numbers and your logical reasoning is strong. You can "read" numbers and make conclusions using them. You consult your clients humanely and add value to others with your expertise. We hope you are an outgoing, flexible, and friendly team player. You have at least some experience with various financial administration applications (preferably electronic) and are willing to learn new applications. You are ready to operate in a multi-application environment and using Excel feels natural. Experience using English and Swedish is often a big advantage, and if you master other languages – all the better! However, mastering the Finnish language is of primary importance to us.
