Our daycare center is a three-group facility completed in 2022, which also provides shift care as well as morning and afternoon activities for school children. Modern facilities enable versatile activities, such as small group work and physical exercise. We have our own gym, an inspiring yard area, and versatile excursion and sports destinations in the surrounding environment. Cooperation with families is important to us. We keep guardians up to date on the child's daily life through the TouGo app, weekly letters, and daily encounters. Together, we build a safe, caring, and joyful everyday life for children. Your tasks as an Early Childhood Education Childcare Worker: As a childcare worker, you are an important part of the team that creates a safe, inspiring, and learning-supportive everyday life for children. You participate in supporting children's growth, development, and learning together with the team, families, and the entire work community. The core of your tasks is: - Implementation of pedagogy: You participate in the planning and evaluation of high-quality early childhood education as part of the team, utilizing your own strengths. You implement small group and full-day pedagogy according to the Touhula Rhythm. - Responsibility for your own small group: You are responsible for the activities of your own small group and participate in pedagogical documentation and the preparation of the child's early childhood education plans together with the team. - Caring for the learning environment: You ensure that the children's group learning environment is versatile, safe, and clean. - Positive customer experience: You build trust and open interaction with families. The final salary is determined by years of work experience and any task-specific or personal salary supplements. We expect from you: - Qualification as an early childhood education childcare worker according to the Early Childhood Education Act. - Ability to build open and professional interaction with all stakeholders. - A responsible approach to work and the courage to try new ways of operating, actively developing your own professional expertise. - A criminal record extract and a statement according to the Communicable Diseases Act as required by law.
