Production Worker

Production worker for industrial production in Haapajärvi We are looking for a motivated and long-term employee for versatile production tasks in Haapajärvi. The work is varied, and you will work where your skills are needed at any given time. Orientation for the tasks takes time, so we are primarily looking for a person who wants to commit to a long-term employment relationship and develop into a versatile expert. The work is currently based on a two-shift system, but we hope for readiness for three-shift work if necessary. We hope for * Reliability and conscientiousness in managing working hours and tasks. * A proactive, energetic work ethic and a desire to learn new things. * Flexibility regarding working hours and tasks, as situations in our operating environment can change quickly due to short order and delivery times. * Experience in industrial tasks is an advantage, but not essential – the right attitude is most important. * Forklift driving skills or a valid forklift license are considered an advantage. * Readiness to perform small maintenance and upkeep tasks if necessary. * Good physical condition, as some tasks are physically demanding. Ability to handle pressure is also beneficial in an occasionally busy work environment.
