Site Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee three interior fit-out projects across the Berlin area on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects who is looking for a flexible, part-time contract role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate works across three active sites in the Berlin region; Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within scope; Monitor quality standards and resolve on-site issues efficiently; Ensure compliance with German health & safety regulations; Provide regular progress updates and site reports. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role; Strong background in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, refurbishment, or workplace projects; Fluent German language skills (spoken and written); Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously; Strong organisational and communication skills; Familiarity with German construction standards and regulations; Available to work 2 days per week for an initial 3-month contract.
