What you will find here: - Skilled and friendly colleagues and the opportunity to work in pairs, including multidisciplinary work with a social counsellor, public health nurse and/or psychologist. - A good orientation. - Collegial support and guidance for psychologists at the beginning of their careers. More experienced employees can make use of their accumulated experience and develop their expertise in both community-level and individual work. - Support and flexibility at work, including work supervision, flexible working hours and the possibility of partial remote work. What the role requires from you: - The ability to work independently and take initiative. - Good collaboration skills and the ability and willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary community. Eligibility for the role requires the right to practise as a licensed psychologist. Bring your enthusiasm for the work, willingness to develop yourself and courage to take on new challenges. We value good collaboration skills and an independent and responsible approach. We want you to be your authentic self, because we believe in people.
