We are looking for an energetic, professional, and ambitious bar shift leader. During the summer season, you will be responsible for the bar operations of Europe's largest roof terrace, and during the winter season, you will lead the daily operations of a stylish Lounge Bar. In this role, you will influence customer experience, sales, and the development of the bar concept. What will you be doing? As a shift leader, you are the heart and engine of the bar. You ensure that the service runs seamlessly, the atmosphere is right, and the team has the best possible conditions to succeed. Your duties include, among other things: - Managing the daily operations of the bar during your shift - Customer service and preparing high-quality drinks - Planning, developing, and brainstorming drink lists - Guiding, motivating, and onboarding the team - Inventory management and ensuring product availability What do we expect from you? You already have strong experience in the bar world and a desire to take responsibility. You enjoy leading people, busy situations, and goal-oriented work.
