We are looking for a full-time sales assistant to strengthen the Rova-Sisustus team. Are you a friendly, approachable customer service professional with a sales mindset? Do you enjoy helping customers find exactly the right product and at the same time do a good job? If you nodded, you may be the person we are looking for. Rova-Sisustus Oy is a local company in Rovaniemi, operating since 1992 in the interior design sector. We are a local and independent business where customer service, expertise, and a positive can-do attitude are at the core of our operations. Our range covers interior design and renovation products (paints, tiles, flooring materials, mouldings, tools and other construction and interior products) and we also serve customers in textiles, workwear, protective gear and other fabric products. Our store has recently expanded with a new clothing section, so you will work with both interior/renovation products and textiles/clothing. Responsibilities include active and knowledgeable customer service, selling products and finding fitting solutions to customers’ needs, interior design planning with customers, preparing quotations and orders, keeping the store tidy and well-displayed, stocking products, communicating with customers and suppliers, and other daily store tasks. Most of all, it is a proactive sales role focused on achieving results. We do not hire a cashier-only profile; we want someone who can take the customer on a journey, assess needs, propose solutions, and aim to close sales.
