Aavasaksa Lapland Oy is seeking several on-call slope workers for the upcoming winter season! In your role, you will be part of Aavasaksa Lapland Oy's slope team, participating in the snowmaking of the Aavasaksa ski center, providing customer service at the slope center as needed, and maintaining the trail infrastructure under Aavasaksa Lapland Oy. **The greatest need for labor is focused on snowmaking and holiday seasons.** Requirements for the applicant: - Active and proactive attitude - At least a category B driver's license and an occupational safety card - Experience in operating various machines and working safely - Customer service attitude and ability to handle pressure during busy periods We value: - Courage to use foreign languages, such as English and Swedish, with customers - EA1+EA2 (first aid training is required when slopes are open and participating in customer service work) - Knowledge of skiing equipment and conditions - Previous experience in snowmaking and the maintenance of slopes and trails is considered an advantage Please send an informal application telling us about yourself and attach your CV, which should highlight your educational background and work history. The work is mainly located in the area of the Aavasaksa ski center and the winter trails maintained by Aavasaksa Lapland Oy. The employment is fixed-term, starting as agreed, and ends when the ski slopes close (usually after Easter, although weather conditions may affect the closing date). Remuneration is according to the **Collective Agreement for the Ski Center Sector**, requirement group B, 13.07-14.34 €/h (depending on years of experience) + condition allowances. The position is for an on-call employee: peak periods are focused on snowmaking and holiday seasons. Aavasaksa Lapland Oy is a subsidiary 100% owned by the municipality of Ylitornio.
