Machinist to Oravaisi We are seeking an experienced machinist for a permanent position in Oravaisi for our client company. What is the role? In this role, you will work with versatile and demanding machining tasks and participate in the production of large-sized parts. This position is suitable for you if you enjoy independent work and possess strong professional skills in machining. Our client operates as an expert in contract manufacturing, producing high-quality metal components and total solutions for industrial needs. Work begins with a 6-month fixed-term contract through Carrot, after which there is an opportunity to become a permanent employee of the client company. Working hours are 40h/week, and we hope for readiness for 2-shift work. Work starts immediately once a suitable person is found. Job description: Your duties include versatile machining, primarily with larger parts. You are responsible for implementing machining work according to drawings and ensuring the quality of work from start to finish. An independent working style is emphasized, as you will read and interpret technical drawings independently and program and operate machines with HEIDENHAIN control. You are precise and careful in your work and take responsibility for your output. You are able to work independently, with a partner, and as part of a team. We value initiative and a genuine interest in the work.
