Manager Trainee

Primary location: VANTAA We are looking for S-Manager trainees for Osuuskauppa Varuboden-Osla! We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented future supervisors to join the S-Manager training, which offers an excellent opportunity to grow into manager roles in retail, the restaurant industry, or traffic retail. Starting in November 2026, the S-Manager training is a paid training program lasting approximately 1.5 years, combining on-the-job learning, online and contact training, and personal guidance. During the training, you will deepen your industry expertise, develop your leadership skills, and network with other S Group trainees. The goal of the training is to provide you with strong capabilities to work in supervisory and responsible positions. Read more about the S-Manager training. Our locations are situated in the area from Loviisa to Sipoo, in Kauniainen, and from Kirkkonummi to Hanko, as well as in Åland. During the application phase, you can specify which industry and region interest you most. After the training, you may be employed, for example, as a shift manager, assistant manager, market manager, restaurant manager, or traffic store manager. This could be for you if - You have completed a UAS degree, are graduating, or have a vocational qualification and some industry work experience. - You are curious, enthusiastic, and proactive. - You are result-oriented and possess organizational and stress-management skills. - You want to work with people by setting an example. - You have a genuine passion for customer service and supervisory work.
