S-Manager Training

Primary location: VANTAA We are seeking participants for the S-Manager Training at Osuuskauppa Varuboden-Osla! We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented future managers to join the S-Manager Training, which offers an excellent opportunity to grow into managerial roles in retail, restaurant/hospitality, or traffic commerce. The training begins in November 2026 and lasts about 1.5 years; it is a paid program combining practical learning on the job, online and on-site training, and personal coaching. During the program you will deepen your industry knowledge, develop leadership skills, and network with other trainees. The aim is to give you strong readiness to take on supervisory and responsibility roles. After completion you may work as a shift manager, assistant manager, market manager, restaurant manager, or traffic store manager. This could be you if you have completed an AMK degree, are graduating, or have a professional qualification with some field experience. You are curious, energetic and proactive; you are results-oriented with organizational and stress tolerance. You enjoy working with people by leading by example and have a genuine passion for customer service and leadership. Proficiency in both domestic languages is an advantage, but you will learn on the job!
