We are seeking a permanent communications professional for our communications team with strong expertise in digital communications, web services development, digital content production and social media. The role involves daily maintenance and development of Melan websites and social media channels, content planning and ensuring smooth customer journeys. You will produce communications content and support colleagues with communication questions. You will work as part of the communications team that handles internal and external communications and supports the organization in planning and implementing communications. Responsibilities include developing Melan websites, planning and developing digital communications with user-centered approach, designing and implementing social media content, writing and editing web content, leveraging analytics for development, ensuring accessibility in web content, and collaborating with the team.

Requirements

- Excellent Finnish language skills (written)
- Good Swedish and English skills; prior insurance sector experience is a plus
