Fire Watchers

Seeking industrial work with a project-based feel and safety as a top priority? We are looking for fire and door-guard watchers for Äänekoski area for short-term assignments. The guard’s duties include monitoring movement in tight and enclosed spaces and ensuring work is performed safely. As a fire watcher, duties include preventing and detecting emerging fires and countering them, especially during hot-work and maintenance tasks. Shifts are long and may run in one or two rotations. Requirements: prior experience in an industrial environment; valid occupational safety card and hot-work permit; attentiveness and carefulness; fluent Finnish. We offer: wage in line with or better than the Collective Agreement, paid on time; hourly wage between 13–15 EUR depending on skills and experience; good work clothing and equipment; friendly, relaxed team; a dedicated contact person at Worker who assists with all employment-related matters.
