Strong understanding of agent-based AI capabilities and use cases in business contexts. Proactive communication with stakeholders and shared understanding of AI possibilities, limitations and practical impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop the roadmap for Helen's agent AI and support progress with other AI developers.
- Help business units identify AI agent use cases from business needs and articulate clear requirements for new use cases.
- Support solution owners across value chains in AI development governance and prioritization.
- Fulfill development work with a Scrum Master style: coach, mentor, remove obstacles and help teams move in the same direction.
- Coordinate training, communications and adoption related to AI coworker themes.
- Assess evolving AI markets, models, technologies and suppliers to keep Helen aligned with technical progress and make well-founded choices.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and build shared understanding of AI opportunities, limitations and practical impact.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience leading development work, facilitation, or agile practices (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tech Lead).
- Deep understanding of agent-based AI capabilities, technologies and use cases in business contexts.
- Ability to identify concrete use cases from business needs and translate them into implementable solutions.
- Ability to act as a technical coach and guide in fast-evolving technologies and methods.
- Understanding of responsible, safe and governed use of AI as part of the organization.
