The salary ranges from 26 000 € to 49 000 € base with variable bonus, plus OTE up to 56 100 €, depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities
- Provide global customer support for Cadmatic Electrical
- Deliver customer training and support software implementation projects
- Support sales as a technical expert in customer cases, including POCs and study materials
- Create and update training, instruction, and marketing materials such as videos
- Work closely with internal teams to provide technical and product support
- Support marketing activities, including exhibitions and seminars
- Bring customer insights into product development and participate in software testing
Requirements
- Degree in electrical or automation engineering (BSc or MSc)
- 3+ years of experience in electrical or automation design in industrial, marine, or process environments
- Hands-on experience with electrical CAD or CAE software
- Strong English communication skills
