**Come build youth entrepreneurship in YläPirkanmaa!** Do you want to inspire young people in entrepreneurship and the development of entrepreneurship? Do you want to be part of building something completely new? Are you interested in practical development work where you get to work with various people and networks? We are looking for an **energetic and proactive project coordinator** who enjoys working with young people and takes action boldly. **About the project** The YläPirkanmaa youth "Yritysbuustaamo" project aims to promote youth entrepreneurship and create a new operating model for the region. The project will pilot measures arising from local needs, which can also be utilized elsewhere in Finland. A key goal is to build a **collaboration-based network covering the entire YläPirkanmaa region**, which forms a concrete safety net for young entrepreneurs. The project brings together regional actors – entrepreneurs, experts, and organizations – to engage in genuine cooperation to support youth in different stages of entrepreneurship. Additionally, the project will build a regional entrepreneurship brand in cooperation with a wide network of partners. Operating area: Juupajoki, Mänttä-Vilppula, Ruovesi, and Virrat. Target group: especially young people aged 18–35 (including younger people interested in entrepreneurship). **Your tasks** As a project coordinator, you are responsible for the practical implementation of the project: **1. Reaching young people** - build and utilize networks - use a variety of communication channels **2. Implementation of measures** - plan and implement workshops, events, and study trips **3. Network work** - work closely with entrepreneurs, experts, and other partners **4. Occasionally, the work includes evening and weekend events. The workstation is located in Mänttä (Kauppakatu 23), but the work involves traveling throughout the region. Possible remote work will be agreed upon separately.
