Come and help us create unforgettable holidays for our customers #ihansuomessa! We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager for Holiday Club Turun Caribia to take charge of a diverse property. The position is permanent and the employment is for an indefinite period. We hope to find a development-oriented person with strong property maintenance expertise to strengthen our team. Start date is by agreement. What does the job involve? At Holiday Club Turun Caribia, our customers stay in hotel rooms or holiday apartments either through their own ownership weeks, as renters, or as exchangers through a holiday exchange organization. Your daily tasks include organizing the duties of maintenance staff, monitoring and updating electronic maintenance calendars and notification management, and distributing work. You will ensure that supplies are ordered appropriately and that works agreed upon with the boards of the property companies are handled with quality. Together with the property manager and site staff, you will develop our properties over the long term. Your supervisor will be the property manager for the southern region. Maintenance also includes daily customer service. Our shared mission is to ensure that our customers' holiday is in good order in terms of both accommodation and outdoor areas, and that the customer's holiday experience is positive in those regards. Turku Caribia is an evolving spa hotel where the maintenance supervisor has the opportunity to participate in the renovation and development of the spa and hotel. Experience in construction projects is an advantage. Success in the role requires open internal communication within our team, independence in handling matters, and the ability to adapt quickly to different tasks according to the situation.
