Autokorjaamotyöntekijä Tampere. We are seeking a customer-service oriented automotive workshop worker for our client. Your duties include: ordering and tracking spare parts shipments; preparing repair cost estimates for customers; reading diagnostic trouble codes and diagnosing faults; identifying faults and estimating repair needs; communicating with customers about progress; and other daily workshop tasks. We expect: previous experience in an automotive workshop; technical understanding of cars; experience reading diagnostic codes and diagnostics; experience ordering spare parts; independent and responsible work attitude; good customer service attitude; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; automotive technician training or other field education is an asset.
