Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with one of Korn Ferry’s RPO Clients. Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management. The successful Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties: Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity. Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies. Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and/or building talent pools for current and future requirements. Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output. Maintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets. Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks. Maintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting.
