As a Technical Property Caretaker, you will work at the customer interface in maintenance, upkeep, repair, and service tasks at our customer sites. In addition to daily property maintenance tasks, your duties include responding to service requests, monthly testing of technical systems, and active use of building automation. Your working hours are on weekdays between 7:00 and 16:00. Our property services handle, among other things, building services maintenance and upkeep for shopping centers, hotels, and office properties. Our responsibility is to ensure the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our customer properties, as well as pleasant conditions for end users. We expect the following from the applicant: - Vocational qualification in property maintenance or equivalent expertise - At least a couple of years of work experience in similar roles - Valid occupational safety and hot work safety cards - Class B driver's license Person we are looking for You have good interaction skills and can keep things under control. You are accustomed to independent work as well as planning, organizing, and managing your own activities. A customer service mindset is a matter of course for you.
