Investco: Investment Controller

Investco is seeking an Investment Controller to join our expert team. You will be responsible for the financial administration of independently named client accounts and act as the main contact for your clients. The role combines practical bookkeeping with client responsibility; it is not a traditional internal controller position. You will manage accounting, financial statements and tax declarations for investment and holding companies, and as you gain experience you may provide client-specific consulting related to ownership structures and tax planning. You work autonomously with support from an experienced team and thorough onboarding into the investment world. We expect you to have a strong bookkeeping foundation, the ability to manage client relationships independently, and an interest in investments or finance. Excellent Finnish and practical English skills are required; good Swedish is a plus. The position is permanent and full-time, with the option to work fully remote, from an Helsinki office, or a hybrid arrangement. Salary starts at approximately 3800–4000 €/month, with performance-based bonus potential that can raise total earnings to 5000–6000 €/month over time.
