What you’ll do: Provide onsite IT support for end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room equipment, and VDI solutions. Handle incidents, service requests, IMACD activities, and on-call support in line with agreed service levels. Support and maintain local network and Wi-Fi infrastructure. Manage IT assets, lifecycle activities, procurement, and documentation in the ITSM tool. Identify opportunities to improve IT services, user experience, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users to deliver reliable IT services. Promote IT standards, cybersecurity best practices, and continuous improvement while maintaining a safe working environment. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support. Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and IT asset management. Good knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile, VDI, networking, and peripheral technologies. Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN; Linux and Windows Server experience is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally when required. Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
