The role We are looking for a detail-oriented R2R Senior Specialist to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our accounting team in Customs Support Group. To be successful in the role, you should have a solid working knowledge in accounting standards. An outstanding candidate should also possess strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, highly organised, able to work with little supervision and perform under pressure. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accurate month-end close  Ensure compliance with relevant financial standards and internal controls  Assist with the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets  Analyse historical trends and provide insights to support forecast accuracy  Ad hoc financial analysis to support management decision making  Supporting the production of statutory accounts  Supporting the audit process and manage external auditor requirements  Producing supplementary KPIs  a
