Prisma Store Director

Take the helm of Finland’s largest Prisma We are looking for a Store Director. Prisma Joensuu is the region’s largest retail unit. We are seeking a director for Prisma Joensuu to take overall responsibility for the business, personnel and customer experience. You will lead North Karelia Cooperative Society’s (PKO) largest business unit by sales and a workplace community of more than 200 professionals. Prisma Joensuu is among the leading Prisma stores by almost every measure, and you will have the opportunity to shape the next chapter in the unit’s success story. You will report to the Director of Retail. Lead the business and its renewal You will be responsible for the profitable leadership of grocery and general merchandise retail and for excellent customer service. Your work will be guided by PKO’s strategy and values, the Prisma business concept and the benefit of customer-owners. You will lead sales, profitability and productivity and develop operations using key performance indicators and customer data. You will be responsible for customer experience, service quality and effective retail processes. You will lead managers and employees and ensure competence, well-being at work and job satisfaction. You will develop grocery and general merchandise retail, including Prisma Rauta, as well as e-commerce. Good leadership is visible in everyday work You are a visible and approachable leader for employees and a good communicator. You understand the everyday realities of retail, lead through coaching and create an atmosphere where people feel able to ask questions, learn and suggest better ways of working. You can prioritise, delegate and analyse, make evidence-based decisions and set clear objectives. The expertise we expect You have: Experience and a track record in leading a business with profit responsibility, as well as leading managers and a large workplace community. You are familiar with S Group’s retail information systems. The ability to see the big picture, a customer-oriented mindset and an understanding of retail. Experience in grocery and general merchandise retail. A track record of developing operations, leading change and implementing renewals. Could leading a Prisma be your next career step?
