Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Assistant for Prisma Nummela's household goods department. The position is permanent and the working hours are 30 hours per week. You will be part of a versatile department, mainly assisting customers in the entertainment electronics section, helping them find products that fit their needs, whether it’s choosing a new phone, purchasing a TV, or selecting compatible accessories. You will also support other electronics and home appliance sales and assist across the department as needed. The role emphasizes customer service, maintaining attractive product displays, stock management, building campaigns, handling maintenance and complaints, and, above all, greeting customers warmly. A strong customer service orientation, enjoyment of physical work, and teamwork are preferred. Prior experience or hobby related to entertainment electronics is required, and applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to work mornings, day, and evening shifts roughly between 7–22.
