In cleaning supervisor and guidance tasks, you will be responsible for the operational planning and smoothness of our customer sites' cleaning services. Strong interaction and negotiation skills, and the ability to act in a self-directed supervisor role—leading by example and motivating subordinates—are central. A driver's license is required; access to a private car is an advantage. A vocational qualification in the field is also beneficial.
