We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator to join Norlandia Otso in Kuusamo. You will be the person who hears, sees and is truly present in the children’s daily lives. You are a professional in early childhood education who builds an environment that allows for learning, wonder and collaborative activities. What we expect from you: you are a qualified early childhood educator who can support children’s growth, play, exploration and discovery in everyday situations. you work naturally with your group’s other professionals and families to ensure the children’s day proceeds calmly and coherently. you participate in planning and development of activities and take responsibility that daily situations progress in a way suitable for children and support their learning.
